Welcome to Squad Ops! By accessing or using our game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Squad Ops is operated by CyberDragon.cloud ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of Squad Ops, including any content, functionality, and services offered.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Squad Ops. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.

By using Squad Ops, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the age requirements stated above
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and current

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To access certain features of Squad Ops, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or our services.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Cheating or Exploits: Using bots, hacks, exploits, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players
• Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in fraudulent transactions or account manipulation
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access other users' accounts or our systems
• Spam: Sending unsolicited advertisements or spam messages
• Illegal Content: Posting or sharing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• System Interference: Disrupting or interfering with game servers or infrastructure
• Multi-Accounting: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent game mechanics or restrictions

5. Virtual Currency and In-Game Items

Credits (Soft Currency)

Credits are earned through gameplay and have no real-world monetary value. Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency.

$SQUAD Tokens (Future Implementation)

If and when $SQUAD tokens are implemented:

• Token usage is subject to separate token-specific terms and applicable regulations
• Tokens are utility tokens for in-game quality-of-life features only
• Tokens do NOT provide combat advantages or pay-to-win mechanics
• Token values may fluctuate; we make no guarantees regarding token value
• Compliance with local cryptocurrency regulations is your responsibility

Virtual Item Ownership

All in-game items, currencies, and assets are licensed, not sold. We retain all ownership rights to game content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these items within the game.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Squad Ops, including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, code, and game mechanics, are owned by CyberDragon.cloud and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute game content without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile the game code
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on Squad Ops

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using Squad Ops, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is"

Squad Ops is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Security from viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberDragon.cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Squad Ops, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or virtual items
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account

9. Game Changes and Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Squad Ops at any time
• Change game rules, mechanics, or balance without notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Remove or modify virtual items, currencies, or features

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact our support team first. We will work in good faith to resolve issues informally.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Squad Ops will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Prolonged inactivity
• Risk to other users or our systems

Upon termination, your right to use Squad Ops will immediately cease. All virtual items, currencies, and progress may be lost and are non-refundable.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify users through in-game announcements or email for material changes
• Provide a reasonable notice period before changes take effect

Your continued use of Squad Ops after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
